Its February again, beside Valentines day one of the most awaited event every February is happening again at the Sunken Garden, UP Diliman.

Yes, I'm talking about UP FAIR 2013 the biggest college music festival in the Philippines is happening on February 12 - 16 2013. More than just a musical event, there are food booths and little stores selling all kinds of interesting stuff and offering services like henna tattoos, palm reading, and the likes.
